Collegen


The last two months, I’ve introduced collagen into My Daily routine, and I must say I’m really starting to see the benefits.


As someone who hasn’t been blessed with the best skin, I’ve noticed vast improvements since taking it consistently and daily.


One of the improvements is that I’ve had a bout of athlete’s foot for a few years now that has irritated me no end. Only the recommended spray I found online has done anything for it, but it was always a temporary fix and reared its ugly head again after a few days.


With no other changes to my supplement routine and diet, aside from taking collagen, I feel it’s behind the amazing last two months my foot has had—itchy-free! 🙌🏽
