Just spotted the new ONLY… INGREDIENTS range at Marks & Spencer.

They’re not actually that much more expensive than Aldi or Lidl when you compare similar items..... and for shorter ingredient lists so less ultra processed this is great.

More people genuinely care about what they’re putting in their bodies now and this is the kind of shift we need to see. Hopefully other brands take note.
