MY DAILYS · OUR STORY

My Dailys in Men’s Health Magazine

Our October 2026 feature, the thinking behind our four-supplement stack, and why independent testing matters to us.

By Danny and Maxwell · Co-founders of My Dailys

Seeing My Dailys in the October issue of Men’s Health is a moment we’re proud of. Just over a year into building the brand, having our story and supplements appear in the MH Directory feels like a real milestone.

We started My Dailys as two best friends who wanted to take better care of ourselves and help others build better daily habits. Seeing that idea in print means a lot to us, and so does the support from everyone who has been part of it.

A proud moment for My Dailys: our story in the October 2026 issue of Men’s Health.

What the feature covers

The feature introduces NMN as our flagship supplement and explains why we brought it together with Vitamin D3 + K2, Lion’s Mane and Magnesium Glycinate. It also highlights our commitment to third-party testing and the importance we place on the ingredients inside each pouch.

Maxwell appears alongside the full stack and his personal NAD test result. His interest in tracking his own levels is part of our story, although an individual result is not a clinical trial or a promise of what someone else will experience.

What longevity means to us

For us, longevity means thinking about how we look after ourselves for the years ahead. Moving more, eating well, getting enough sleep and building routines we can maintain are central to that.

We chose these four supplements with that wider approach in mind. They bring together established nutrients and ingredients being explored in emerging research. The stack has not been shown to extend human lifespan; it sits within our focus on better daily habits.

Vitamin D3 + K2

We wanted essential nutrients to be part of the range. Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and muscles, making it relevant to our interest in staying active as we age. Our formula pairs D3 with vitamin K2. [1]

NMN

Our interest in NMN began with its role as a precursor to NAD+, a molecule involved in cellular energy processes. Human trials have investigated NMN supplementation and reported increases in blood NAD measures. That research helped shape our interest, while long-term benefits and effects on human lifespan remain uncertain. [2]

Lion’s Mane

We included Lion’s Mane because of our interest in the research around cognition and focus. Small human studies have explored those areas, but the evidence is still developing. We chose a fruiting body extract standardised to 30% beta-glucans so customers have a clear description of the extract they’re buying. [3]

Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in functions including helping the body turn food into energy. We chose the glycinate form to complete the range, keeping everyday nutrition alongside our interest in newer ingredients. [4]

Why third-party testing matters to us

Choosing ingredients is only part of the job. As people who take supplements ourselves, we also want to understand what’s inside the finished product.

Independent testing gives us information beyond a supplier’s description. Different tests answer different questions: purity or assay testing can assess an ingredient’s composition or quantity, while heavy-metal and microbiological testing check for specified contaminants.

Those distinctions matter. A purity result does not replace safety testing, and a contaminant report does not establish an ingredient’s strength. We want customers to be able to see the reports, understand what was tested and make an informed choice.

Our third-party testing page brings the certificates together by product. You can open the original reports and see the results for yourself. That transparency is a central part of how we’re building My Dailys, and we’re pleased that third-party testing is highlighted in our magazine feature too.

A milestone we’re grateful for

We have plenty more we want to do, but this is a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come. Every order, review and recommendation has helped two co-founders turn an idea into a growing community.

Thank you for being part of it.
