Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day when placed before 4:30pm. Orders placed after 4:30pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked, a fully tracked service with delivery confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)
  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 4:30pm
  • Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days from dispatch
  • A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has shipped

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all UK deliveries. This service includes full tracking, delivery confirmation, and email or SMS updates where available.

Shipping Rates

Free UK shipping is applied automatically on orders.

Any promotional shipping offers will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave instructions for redelivery or local collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions and collect parcels within the timeframes provided by Royal Mail.
