Returns Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with any seals intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For health supplements, we can only accept returns on unopened products due to safety and hygiene standards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to return your package through our approved drop-off location. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Opened supplements or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 60-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 60 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
